How can I book a tour?

You can apply on our website by filling out a form that is under the description of each tour. Put your details into shape and submit an application. As soon as you book, you will receive a confirmation email. We will also contact you and share all the necessary information on your tour and the exact time!

You can also book a tour by writing to us on WhatsApp, Viber or social media.

How do we know when to go on a tour from our hotel?

After booking the tour, we will contact you and tell you the exact time when the transport will take you out of your hotel. The hotel transfer service is included in the cost of the tour. We take all our clients free of charge from their place of residence and bring them back after the tour ends. You will receive confirmation and you do not need to pay an additional transfer fee from the Belek regions.

Do I need to re-confirm my booking after check-in?

No, it's not necessary. You should expect transport at the exit of the hotel at the time we informed you in the application. You don't have to make any additional calls. If you made an application in advance and by the time of your tour the time of departure has changed, we will notify you in advance!

Can I confirm the application again by phone?

If you want, you can write to us at any time and get any information on your excursions and clarify the necessary data. We are happy to answer all your questions.

Which areas of Belek do you take on excursions?
We will take you free from the following regions: Belek, Kadrie, Bogazkent, Serik, Kundu and from anywhere on these routes. If you are unsure of what area your hotel is in, you can contact us and clarify.

Do I have to leave the hotel?

We take our customers from their hotels. To do this, you must provide us with the exact name of the hotel and address, and we will be able to pinpoint the location of your location. Transport will be waiting for you at the exit of the hotel, at the gate.

Do I have to give my room number?

No, it doesn't have to be. But knowing the number of your room, we can easily find you in case of your delay or misunderstanding with time. If we don't see you on the way out, we'll ask the hotel staff member at the front desk to contact you by room number. The room number gives you more advantages. If you book excursions before check-in, please give your full name and surname. So we can find your hotel room.

How do you find me at the hotel?

We'll see you easily on the way out of the hotel. The bus driver will have your details and he will ask you. As some hotels are not allowed to enter, we ask you to expect transport at the hotel gate or at the barrier where hotel security is on duty. Please contact us in case of transport delays
